Stop adapting to software.
We adapt to you.

Most software makes you fit its mold. We do the opposite — we learn how your shop works, then build around it. Your whole operation, visible in one place.

The Process
01
We Come to You
No pitch deck. We show up, sit with your team, and watch how your shop actually runs.
02
We Map How You Work
Every step — quoting, production, QC, shipping, invoicing. We document it all before writing a line of code.
03
We Build It Around You
You see it take shape as we go. Feedback is constant — no surprises on launch day.
04
You Go Live. We Stay With You.
We train your team and stick around. When your business changes, your software changes with it.

You've outgrown spreadsheets.
Enterprise ERP is out of reach.

You've hit the wall that every growing shop hits. Too big for spreadsheets, too small to justify $50K enterprise software. That's exactly who we built this for.

Excel isn't a system — it's a patchwork

You're juggling a dozen spreadsheets, emailing files back and forth, and spending hours reconciling data that should just connect automatically.

Enterprise ERP is priced for the Fortune 500

Epicor, SAP, and similar platforms run $50,000+ just to implement — plus ongoing licensing, IT staff, and consultants. It doesn't make sense for a 5–50 person shop.

You pay for 100% and use maybe 5%

Off-the-shelf ERP is loaded with modules you'll never touch. You spend months in demos getting shown features you don't need — and you still have to bend your workflow to fit theirs.

Every vendor shows you what they built — not what you need

You sit through three hours of demos for software that wasn't built for you. We never demo first. We ask questions first, then build what you actually need.

Let's build something that actually fits.

Tell us how your shop works. We'll tell you exactly what we'd build — no obligation, no pitch deck.

"I've been in
your shoes."

After 10 years working in manufacturing — from large-scale operations down to smaller shops — I kept running into the same wall. The big enterprise ERP systems were untouchable on a small company's budget. And the "affordable" alternatives were either too generic, too rigid, or still required you to reshape your entire workflow just to use them.

When I moved to a smaller manufacturer and needed a real system, I sat through demo after demo watching vendors show me everything their software already did. Nobody asked how we worked.

So I built BuiltFlow to do the opposite. We start with your operation. We map it out. Then we build something that actually fits.

Your data comes
with you.

We handle the whole migration. Map, clean, import, verify — before you ever go live. You're not starting from scratch.

CRM That Speaks Manufacturing

Track customers, quotes, and follow-ups in a CRM built for manufacturers — not generic sales teams. Customer history is linked directly to jobs, specs, and pricing.

Inventory & Materials Management

Real-time stock levels, reorder alerts, material traceability, and supplier tracking — all connected to your production workflow automatically.

Audit Trail & Job History

Every change, every status update, logged automatically. Know exactly what happened to a job, when, and who made the change — without digging through emails or asking around.

Reports That Actually Matter

Custom dashboards built around the KPIs you care about — on-time delivery, job margins, open orders, inventory turns. Not generic templates you'll never use.

Your customers get
their own portal.

Most job shops still manage customer communication through email threads and phone calls. BuiltFlow gives every customer a dedicated portal — no app to install, no account nightmare. Just a clean, simple view of everything that matters to them.

Common questions
We don't configure a template or flip on a pre-built product. We write software specifically for you — your field names, your screens, your logic. It should feel like someone who works at your company built it. That's the point.
Most initial builds take 4–8 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Build tier is typically 4–6 weeks. Flow and Pro can run 6–10 weeks for the initial launch. After that, your subscription covers ongoing iterations and improvements.
Yes — every plan starts with a one-time build fee that covers the discovery sessions, workflow mapping, design, and the initial build. Build plans start from $3,000, Flow from $5,000, and Pro from $8,500 — exact cost is scoped on your first call based on complexity. After go-live, your flat monthly subscription covers hosting, support, and all ongoing updates.
Absolutely — that's a core part of the value. Your subscription includes ongoing fixes and changes as your business evolves. The scope of what's included varies by plan: Build covers small fixes and tweaks, Flow handles larger changes, and Pro gets the highest priority on everything. Bigger feature additions outside your plan scope are quoted separately — no surprises.
Your data is always yours. The application itself is licensed to you as part of your subscription. If you ever leave, we'll provide a data export in standard formats so you're never locked in.
Yes — that's part of how we work. We come to you, sit with your team, and learn your operation firsthand before writing a line of code. All plans include on-site visits within 50 miles at no extra charge. Flow extends that to 150 miles, and Pro covers anywhere — travel billed at cost. We focus on local manufacturers because showing up in person is what makes the difference between software that fits and software that doesn't.
It means how many distinct parts of your business we build around. For example: quoting is one area, shop floor tracking is another, inventory is another, shipping is another. The Build plan covers up to 3 areas, Flow covers up to 6, and Pro covers as many as you need. Everything within each area is fully custom — the number just reflects the scope of the initial build.
We take care of it. We go through your spreadsheets, map everything to the new system, clean it up, and import it before you go live. Your customers, vendors, part numbers, pricing, old job history — it all comes with you. You won't be staring at a blank screen on day one.
Local job shops and small manufacturers — typically 5–100 employees — who have outgrown spreadsheets and can't justify the cost of enterprise ERP. We focus on manufacturers in our region so we can actually show up, sit with your team, and build something that fits. Precision machining, metal fabrication, optics, electronics assembly, custom products — if you make things, we can help.
